My Story

‍ ‍Hi, my name is Maggie! I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I have experienced firsthand yoga’s ability to nourish the body, calm the mind and awaken the spirit. Through my own journey, I discovered that true wellness extends far beyond physical movement - it is about creating balance, building resilience, and living with intention.

My path to becoming a yoga instructor has been one of self-discovery, growth and transformation. What began as personal practice evolved into a calling that completely changed my life. After years in the fast-paced world of retail management, I felt called toward something deeper - a life centered around wellness, connection and purpose. Yoga became not only my passion, but my true professional calling.

As a yoga instructor, health coach and aquatic fitness specialist, I am passionate about supporting the connection between body, mind and overall well-being through the holistic approach to health. My intention is to walk alongside each student on their unique journey toward greater health, vitality and inner peace.

Values

I believe that there is tremendous value in slowing down and be fully present. Life can be busy and noisy, and we often forget to pause and truly listen-to ourselves, to our bodies, and our hearts. It is in those quiet moments that we reconnect with who we are, deepen our sense of belonging, and rediscover purpose, joy and love.

My teaching style is rooted in Gentle, Yin and Restorative yoga practices, blending mindful movement with breath awareness to encourage deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner balance. I believe in bringing yoga to my students and creating a nurturing space where they feel supported and empowered exactly as they are.

Yoga is for everyone, at every stage of life and at every ability level. There is no one way to practice and no need to fit a certain mold. My goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming space where each person can listen to their own body, honor where they are today, and discover what yoga can offer them.
